SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Physical Products (Fabric & Yardage) We ship fabric and physical products from our Canadian locations to customers in Canada and the United States.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
• We offer multiple shipping options to meet your delivery needs

Delivery Times:

• Canada: 3-7 business days
• United States: 5-10 business days ( not Shipping to the United States at this time)

Tracking: All physical orders include tracking information sent to your email address.

International Orders For shipments to the United States and other international destinations, please note:

• Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

We will always do our best to give you the best shipping rates when possible after checkout you can email us and we can look to different carriers and when possible we can refund your credit card for the difference.

For orders over 20kgs we will calculate the shipping and send an invoice for the shipping total for payment. If shipping does not get paid orders will not be sent out.
