SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship

We ship fabric and physical products within Canada only. We do not currently ship to the United States or any other international destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Orders over $200 CAD (before applicable taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.
• Orders under $200 CAD are charged a fixed standard shipping rate based on the value of the order.
• Other expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on the weight of the order.

Our fixed shipping rates reflect current carrier costs and help us avoid increasing our product prices to cover rising delivery expenses.

Delivery Times

Delivery within Canada generally takes 3–9 business days after your order has been dispatched. Expedited delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping-Rate Refunds

We never intend to profit from shipping. If the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier is $7.00 or more lower than the fixed shipping rate charged at checkout, we will refund the difference to the original payment method used for the order.

For example, if you’re charged $22.00 for shipping and the actual shipping cost is $15.00, we’ll refund the $7.00 difference. We refund only the difference, not the full shipping charge.

Shipping-rate refunds are reviewed after dispatch. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
